If your product is found to have a fault, we are more than happy to replace it for you or provide a full refund within 28 days of purchase. After this 28 day period we will not accept the return of any goods, regardless of their condition.

However, we are unable to replace or return used items, or items that have been tampered with.

Please follow the returns procedure set out below:

Faulty Goods:

  • Send your faulty item by RECORDED DELIVERY, along with an outline of the fault (or a copy of an email to customer service) and include your return address to:

  • Once we have received your item, we will replace it with a new one and send it to the address you have provided.

The delivery of your replacement item will take 3-5 working days.

Unwanted Goods:

If you have received your goods from us, but would like to return them, please follow the return procedure set out below:

  • Send your unwanted item by RECORDED DELIVERY AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE, along with your reason for the return (or a copy of your email to customer services) and include your return address to:

Once we have received your item, we will issue you with a refund to the value of your goods.Please note refunds can not be given for any opened or part used products !
